S9Z QSL Policy

We have developed a QSL policy with the firm intention that any station who works S9Z to receive a QSL easily.
It would be totally up to that station on how it wishes to receive the QSL

You have four (4) ways you can receive a QSL:

1-DIRECT QSL

2-CLUB LOG OQRS SYSTEM"

3-BUREAU SYSTEM

4-LOTW

1-DIRECT QSLs:

Direct QSL requests can be sent to the S9Z QSL manager at:

For US stations please send a Self- Addressed Stamped-Envelope or 1 USD.
For all other stations please send a self-addressed envelope and $3.  No IRCs

2-CLUB LOG "OQRS" SYSTEM:

For online QSLs requests using the Club Log "OQRS" system (See Club Log for instructions)

OQRS QSL confirmations are $5 for any number of QSOs. 

No need to send any QSLs

3-BUREAU SYSTEM:

Club Log provides bureau QSLS using its OQRS system at no charge.

Club Log Bureau QSL Request: 
Using  this Club Log feature you will get S9Z QSL via bureau when requested using this Club Log QSL feature 

All Club Log bureau QSLs are free to the requester. 

When using this bureau feature expect a longer period to receive your QSLs.

S9Z will not answer any requests from any other bureau.

4- LOGBOOK OF THE WORLD (LOTW)

The ARRL LoTW system provides confirmations using digital methods.

S9Z will upload its log within 6 months of the DXpedition completion.

Those stations who donate support to the DXpedition before it is QRV will find their QSOs uploaded as soon as the team returns home and thank you for your support.
